Labkafe GOODS Return & Replacement Policy


Thank you so much for shopping at Labkafe. We strive our best to deliver your purchased goods at factory fresh conditions to you. If, however, for some reason you choose to return an item you have purchased, then please go forward and consult this Return & Replacement Policy thoroughly.


Definitions

For the purpose of this Return & Replacement Policy, some words have been CAPITALIZED indicating that they have specific meaning attached to them. These specific meanings are defined as follows.

  1. ‘POLICY’ refers to this Labkafe GOODS Return & Replacement Policy.
  2. ‘COMPANY’ (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Orientallabs Retails Services Pvt. Ltd., 207a, 2nd floor, PS Aviator, Chinar Park, Rajarhat, New Town, Kolkata 700136, West Bengal.
  3. ‘GOODS’ refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  4. ‘ORDER’ means a request by YOU to purchase GOODS from Us.
  5. ‘SERVICE’ refers to the Website.
  6. ‘WEBSITE’ refers to Labkafe, accessible from https://www.labkafe.com
  7. ‘YOU’/‘YOUR’ means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

The POLICY

Rights of Cancelling the ORDER

  • YOU are entitled to cancel YOUR Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
  • The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which YOU received the GOODS or on which a third party YOU have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
  • In order to exercise YOUR right of cancellation, YOU must inform Us of YOUR decision by means of a clear statement. YOU can inform us of YOUR decision by emailing at [email protected].
  • We will reimburse YOU no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned GOODS. We will use the same means of payment as YOU used for the Order, and YOU will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Return Condition

  • In order for the GOODS to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
    • The GOODS were purchased in the last 30 days
    • The GOODS are in the original packaging
  • The following GOODS cannot be returned:
    • The supply of GOODS made to YOUR specifications or clearly personalized.
    • The supply of GOODS which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
    • The supply of GOODS which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
    • The supply of GOODS which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
  • Only regular priced GOODS may be refunded. Unfortunately, GOODS on sale, i.e. bought on special offers or discounts, cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to YOU if it is not permitted by applicable law.

How to Return the GOODS

When YOU decide to return the GOODS, please send us an email to [email protected] including the PROOF OF SALE document (a clear picture of the invoice would work fine). We recommend that YOU reply to the order confirmation email directly for this purpose. While not a part of the POLICY, we request that YOU also mention the reason for the return.


We will then send YOU an email containing the RETURN LABEL. Please attach this to the outermost package of the GOODS, and ship it to the address provided in the Label.

  • Note: YOU will be responsible for paying for YOUR own shipping costs for returning YOUR item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable.

We cannot be held responsible for GOODS damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the GOODS or proof of received return delivery.


Refund Procedure

At the moment we receive YOUR returned GOODS, we will inspect it for its condition.

  • Note: to be eligible for a full refund, the GOODS must be unused and in the same condition YOU have received it in. Also, YOU must send it inside its original packaging.

Once the inspection is done, we will immediately notify YOU of the return/refund status.


If YOUR refund is approved, we will initiate a full or partial refund (as approved) to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned GOODS.

  • Note: the actual date-time of the refund appearing in YOUR monetary account depends upon the agencies (banks and intermediary agents) involved in the method of payment. Please contact the relevant authorities to have more information on this.

Replacement Process

Please write to our team at [email protected] or reply to your order confirmation email to apply for a replacement. Depending on the GOODS type and quantity and the reason for replacement, the time and process for this may vary. Our representative will guide you through this process.
