So what are miscible and immiscible liquids? Miscibility refers to the ability of a liquid to completely dissolve in another liquid solution. Whereas immiscible liquid are just the opposite. They do not mix with each other and when in the same container, a distinct layer is formed between the two liquids.
Aim of this experiment is to demonstrate this effect.
